This covers:
- Stitching defects (loose, broken, or unraveling stitches)
- Damaged or loose zippers (excluding accidental damage or misuse)
- Faulty clips or buckles (if they break under normal use)
How to Claim:

If eligible, we’ll repair or replace the defective part at no cost.

Carrysane 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
- The return is due to a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or size issue (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide return shipping details.
Refund & Exchange:
- Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
